Corporate life gave me: A front-row seat to how billion-dollar brands think about positioning, marketing, and customer experience. The ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts (and personalities). A deep respect for process, systems, and making sure every decision has a measurable outcome. But it also showed me something else: smaller businesses rarely get access to this level of strategic thinking.
