Running a business requires energy, resilience and constant decision-making, which can quickly lead to burnout if you're not managing your resources.
In this session, Kim To will introduce the spoon theory, originally created to explain energy limitations in chronic illness, and explore how it can be applied by entrepreneurs to manage daily energy more effectively.
Kim will also show how founders can use simple AI tools, including ChatGPT and the ADHD coaching tool, Flairya, to track energy, draw insights from patterns and build more sustainable work routines.
Key takeaways from this session:
Kim is a certified ADHD coach and the founder of Own Your Flair, a neurodiversity-led coaching and consultancy practice helping individuals and businesses work more inclusively and sustainably.
She has worked with organisations such as LSE, Frontier Economics and Sparta Global and is also the creator of Flairya, an AI ADHD coaching tool built from real coaching transcripts.
