Perimenopause can be associated with joint and muscle pain, loss of bone density and muscle strength, significant health changes and other symptoms which have an impact on work and life.
Learn how menopause can affect health and wellbeing in the workplace in this 30-minute masterclass led by physiotherapist Claire Callaghan.
Claire is a chartered physiotherapist, specialising in women's physical health, wellbeing and performance. She leads regular women's health and exercise masterclasses and corporate health sessions.
She addresses the key problems that cause women to be less engaged, less productive and absent from work and empowers them with credible information and practical solutions.
Claire speaks regularly at events and festivals, sports clubs and women's groups and contributes to media on the topics of women's health, peri/post menopause, injury and physical activity.
If you have any questions you'd like Claire to answer during the webinar, please send them to events@enterprisenation.com.
