Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Principles Level 3 Award

This course is designed for ambitious professionals who are already working in hospitality, or are about to start, and ready for responsibility.

Whether you’re a current manager looking to refine your skills or an aspiring supervisor preparing to progress in your career, this programme offers valuable insights and practical knowledge.

This course takes approximately 13 weeks to complete, with some self-managed study and one-to-one support available throughout the duration of the course. There are weekly online workshops and you must be able to complete self-study exercises between classroom assignments.

Eligibility requirements

You must be currently be employed in the sector or about to progress into a hospitality role to join.

To be eligible for funding for this course, learners must:

• Be aged 19+
• Live in London
• Have not already achieved a L3 or above qualification.

Please note if you earn under £27,007.50 you are eligible for funding even if you already have a L3 or above qualification.
