ENTERPRISE NATION (THE "ADMINISTRATOR"): WORK REIMAGINED PRIZE GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the "Terms and Conditions")
1. The Administrator

2. The programme
2.1. The title of the programme is Work Reimagined (the "Programme").
2.2. The Programme is intended to offer a prize of technology accessories to one entrant of the competition. The Programme is open to all small business owners who fill in the entry form and one entrant will be chosen at random to win the prize. Entry will be by submission (via the Administrator's Website at https://www.enterprisenation.com/dell-work-reimagined/) of a fully completed form in accordance with Section 3, below.
2.3. The prize will be funded by Enterprise Nation.
2.4. All entries between the Opening Dates and Closing Dates (as defined in Section 3.1, below) will be counted. One entrant will then be chosen at random by a randomising tool.
2.5. In the selected months, the one randomly chosen winner will be awarded a prize (detailed below). The Administrator shall supply the prize to those applicants which have been selected (the "Successful Applicants"). The offer and acceptance of prize shall be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.6. The decision of the Administrator is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into, except with the Successful Applicants.
2.7. The final decision to offer any prize will be at the discretion of the Administrator, acting reasonably.
3. How to enter
3.1. The competition will run from 13 November 2025 to 28 January 2026. There will be a total of one winner drawn at the end of this period.
3.2. All form fills must be received by the Administrator via the Administrator's website by no later than 16:59:59 PM (GMT) on 28 January 2026. All form fills received after the closing date will be automatically disqualified.
3.3. All form fills must contain all of the required information set out on the form on the Administrator's website. Form fills which do not contain all required information will be automatically disqualified.
3.4. There is no charge to use the Administrator's website or to submit a form.
3.5. The Administrator is not responsible for any partially complete or failed form fills, regardless of cause, including, for example, because of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.6. By submitting a form fill, you, the applicants are bound by these Terms and Conditions and confirm that the information provided as part of the application is complete and accurate.
3.7. The Administrator is unable to provide individual feedback for unsuccessful applications.
4. Competition conditions
4.1. You, or a member of your household (whether related), or any of your immediate family members must not be an employee Enterprise Nation. Employees and former employees (who have left less than six months prior to the Opening Date) of the Administrator, their immediate families, members of their household (whether or not related) and any other person professionally connected with the Programme are not Eligible Businesses.
4.2. In filling out the form, the user confirms that they meet the requirements set out in Section 4.1 and that they are eligible to fill out the form.
4.3. The Administrator will not accept form fills that are:
4.3.1. automatically generated by a computer;
4.3.2. completed by third parties or in bulk; or
4.3.3. incomplete.
4.4. There is a limit of one form fill per competition draw to the Programme per Eligible Business. Joint form fills are not allowed. In the event of multiple forms per monthly draw being submitted by an Eligible Business, the first form only will be considered.
4.4.1 The winner of the first competition draw will not be eligible for the following and final prize competition draw and their form will not be entered into the randomising tool.
4.5. The Administrator reserves all rights to disqualify Eligible Businesses from the Programme if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Programme or if they provide any false or misleading information in their form.
5. The prize
5.1. A total of one prize bundle will be offered to the winner chosen at random. It will consist of the following items:
5.1.1. A Dell 14 Plus 2-in-1 Laptop
5.1.2. A Dell Pro 14 Plus Portable Monitor
5.1.3. Dell Pro Plus Earbuds
5.2. There is no alternative prize to the prize stated in 5.1.
5.3 The successful business chosen by the Administrator will be contacted within five working days of the competition closing and asked to confirm their postal address for receipt of the prize within a further five working days.
5.4 The prize will be dispatched by the administrator and sent via tracked, signed for, delivery to the recipient only.
5.4. The prize is not negotiable or transferable. The Administrator reserves the right to take action to recover the Prize if they are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5.5. The successful business who, after being notified of their success, do not fulfil the requirements of Section 5.3, do not respond to the notification within five working days shall no longer be eligible to claim the prize. In such circumstances, and at the sole discretion of the Administrator, the relevant prize may be offered to the next business chosen at random using the randomiser tool.
6. Ownership of programme entries and intellectual property rights
6.1. The administrator does not claim any rights of ownership in the content of any form filled in by the business.
7. Data protection and publicity
7.1. The Administrator will only process personal information submitted to it as set out in its privacy policy.
7.2. Information provided by businesses in the form will be shared with Dell Technologies only if the business has opted in for its data to be shared. Dell Technologies will act as a data controller for the personal data it receives from the Administrator. 8. Disclaimer; limitation of liability
8.1 The programme, and all the information accessible through it, is provided for informational purposes only on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The administrator, and their affiliates and agents make no warranties, representations or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, in respect of the accuracy, currency, completeness or operation of any information, materials, content, availability, and products shared or used in connection with the programme. Insofar as permitted by law, the administrator and their affiliates and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 The programme and/or any of its features may be unavailable or interrupted from time to time. The administrator is not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors in respect of the programme, its features or any competitions.
8.3 Insofar as permitted by law, the administrator and their affiliates and agents will not in any circumstances be responsible nor liable to compensate any applicants or eligible business nor accept any liability (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with an applicant's application to, or participation in, the programme (including any programme promotion), whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the administrator, their affiliates or agents have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Statutory rights are not affected.
9. General
9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the administrator has the right to exclude any business from participating in the programme.
9.2. The administrator has the right to hold void, suspend, or amend the programme (including these Terms and Conditions) where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons outside the administrator’s control.
9.3. The Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
