Emma is founder of Enterprise Nation. Emma joined international accounting firm Arthur Andersen, before starting her own business in 2000, which was successfully sold two years later.
Emma then launched Enterprise Nation and has since written a number of bestselling business books, including Spare Room Start-Up, Working 5 to 9, Go Global and the StartUp Kit.
Emma was a co-founder of StartUp Britain in 2011 was appointed one of the prime minister's Trade Ambassadors in 2015 and Small Business Representative for the Crown in June 2016.
Billy is responsible for ensuring the technology at Enterprise Nation runs smoothly. This involves all elements from data security to platform development.
Billy is a Microsoft pro and keeps an open mind and active watch-out for emerging technologies that will benefit the Enterprise Nation community.
Kieran oversees Enterprise Nation's relationships with major brands including Vodafone, Uber, Google and TSB. With a five-year history at the company, Kieran is the go-to person when it comes to planning new campaigns and ensuring our amazing partner and corporate brands benefit from engagement with small businesses.
His other loves in life are Dulwich Hamlet and Harlequins.

Polly Dhaliwal oversees the Enterprise Nation platform which is the beating heart of the company. She strives every day to ensure we are doing the job of connecting small businesses to the support they need and that client programmes are effectively deployed on the platform. She is passionate about helping start-ups and small businesses grow and providing them with the right resources at the right time.
Polly loves travelling and has her own podcast.
A passionate supporter of all things start-ups and marketing, Lorna is dedicated to helping small business owners turn their ideas into successful realities.
She does this via her role as chief marketing officer, where Lorna ensures that entrepreneurs are aware of the support they need to make their ventures flourish.

With 10 years' experience working in politics, developing policy and leading strategic campaigns, Daniel Woolf leads on policy and government relations for Enterprise Nation.
Daniel began his career leading on health and policing and crime policy at the Greater London Authority while advising London's Deputy Mayor. He then moved to the CBI to lead its work on infrastructure finance. Most recently, Daniel played a leading role in AECOM's Advisory Unit, providing political and strategic policy advice to government bodies.
Matt joined Enterprise Nation, having spent 6 years working in the charity sector as part of the professional sports organisations, Dragons Rugby and Harlequins. Matt has extensive experience of building community-facing partnerships on a local and national scale, most recently supporting the Metropolitan Police Task Force to shape their sports engagement strategy throughout London.
Matt joins as Partnerships Manager and is responsible for building long-term partnerships with like-minded organisations and partners in order to best support small businesses throughout the Enterprise Nation community.

Alex provides leadership to ensure engineering excellence in designing, planning, and developing various projects and products across the Engineering team at Enterprise Nation.
Before joining Enterprise Nation in March 2024, Alex gained a diverse background in engineering and team leadership. He has contributed to product development, projects and growth plans for various firms and now doing so for Enterprise Nation.
Marco focuses on the continual development of the Enterprise Nation platform, enhancing the UX and UI with help from the Enterprise Nation community.
Marco has over 10 years’ experience as a front-end developer and digital designer within advertising and e-learning sectors. He has a passion for everything digital and emerging technologies.

Outside of his working life, Jordan keeps himself busy with lots of things. He enjoys airsoft, video games, long walks with his dog Nala, and spending time with his family.
Matt is our DevOps & Cloud engineer, developing and supporting digital operations and engineering to enhance Enterprise Nation's ability to operate efficiently and securely.
With five-plus years' experience working in software engineering and DevOps engineering within the Microsoft engineering technology stack and Azure, Matt is delivering a wide variety of solutions to help us meet our scaling and operational goals.
Ruben is a CRM and PowerApps developer with over six years of experience specialising in designing, customising and implementing customer relationship management solutions. His expertise extends to crafting bespoke enterprise applications using PowerApps, seamlessly integrating them into our existing systems.
In his free time, Ruben enjoys hitting the slopes for snowboarding adventures and relishing quality time with friends and family.
Luke studied computer science before joining Enterprise Nation as a technical apprentice. Luke supports the technical team with requests and front and back end edits, while building his knowledge of web development at the same time.
Prior to joining Enterprise Nation as Platform Partnership Manager, Mark spent 7 years working in Higher Education responsible for improving the student experience, before moving into EdTech selling and managing recruitment-based solutions software to a variety of customers in the education sector.
Mark's main focus at Enterprise Nation is developing partnerships for the platform, as well as the acquisition of advisers who are best placed to provide the support small businesses owners need to start and grow their own business.
In his spare time, Mark can be found playing rugby at London Welsh RFC or watching his beloved Liverpool Football Club.
Amy is a Programmes Manager with over 5 years’ experience in project management across a variety of projects and campaigns including for small businesses.
At Enterprise Nation, Amy splits her time between delivering a pilot programme supporting young people to start or grow their own business in London and delivering StartUp UK, a campaign which will encourage 1 million people to start their own business within three years.

Monica is a programme manager with over seven years of experience in digital project management. Passionate about helping entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed online, Monica is also a marketing coach and mentor.

Karla is the Programmes Assistant at Enterprise Nation; she is responsible for providing support across various projects. She has a degree in Political Science and a MSc in Public Policy and Administration from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Her background is in project management in the public and private sector in Peru, and international organisations. Karla is passionate about helping the most vulnerable communities and having a positive impact in the lives of small business owners.
Genevieve oversees the delivery and day-to-day management of various programmes, focusing on those we have with Google and West Midlands Combined Authority.
Prior to starting with EN, she worked across a range of different organisations within the entrepreneurship space, including incubators and Accelerators. More recently, she has overseen programme delivery at a membership body for Angel investors.
Outside of her work, Genevieve is interested in exploring London, whether visiting museums or art galleries. A guilty pleasure of hers is true crime podcasts!
Caitriona joins the Enterprise Nation team with a background in online and in-person events, she has experience working across a wide variety of sectors such as educational technology and business intelligence.
Caitriona is passionate about community and bringing like-minded individuals together. Originally from Dublin, she moved to London four years ago.
Before joining Enterprise Nation as content manager in October 2021, Marc held a similar role at the British Business Bank. There, he was in charge of content for several websites and spent much of his time writing articles for the benefit of the small business community. Prior to that, Marc worked in content roles for a digital marketing and SEO agency, a software company and an international law firm.
An experienced content editor and multimedia journalist, Amanda has worked across various consumer and B2B print and digital media platforms across the globe.
She loves storytelling and is on a mission to represent the voice of the “lil guy”. Throughout her career, she has launched and nurtured podcasts, newsletters, websites, magazines, and other media initiatives.
Amanda has a degree in media and a master’s in magazine journalism from Cardiff University.
With 20 years of experience, Dan is a freelance journalist who has interviewed hundreds of entrepreneurs from billionaires like Sir Richard Branson to brand new start-ups.
As Enterprise Nation’s news reporter, Dan tracks the latest rules, regulations and government policy decisions that affect small businesses. He shares regular updates and analysis on our blog.
Iryna has joined the Enterprise Nation team, moving from Ukraine to London. She has five years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Prior to Enterprise Nation, Iryna worked at an innovation park in Kyiv, helping to develop the start-up ecosystem in Ukraine and run her own small e-commerce business.
Iryna is a passionate traveller and has visited 45+ countries, mostly by hitchhiking.
Emily Booth recently graduated from the University of Edinburgh studying Business with Marketing. Prior to studying, Emily worked with us as a marketing assistant and we loved her so much that we simply had to invite her back!
Emily is a lover of all things social media, interior design, animals and travelling. A true perfectionist, which makes her a brilliant asset to the creative marketing department and she’s also really passionate about helping people.
In her role as Community and People Operations Manager, Julia is responsible for facilitating success and making life easier for both our community of small businesses and our internal team. With a background in operations management, she is driven to help the people of small businesses.
Outside of her work at Enterprise Nation, Julia teaches and practices yoga. She's happiest when in nature and loves experiencing new places and cultures around the world.
Ryan supports the Help to Grow community and partners and works closely alongside the Marketing team to support the wider Enterprise Nation community.
Outside of work, Ryan is a start-up founder himself, having founded 5 startups (some worked, and some did not!). He is passionate about supporting other founders on their start-up journey.
Lilian is part of the Marketing team. She enjoys looking after Enterprise Nation's Online Local Meetups and Local Leaders.
Lilian also assists in events, community support, and policy. In her free time, if Lilian is not at the stables looking after and riding horses, she'll be catching up with her friends.
