Curious by nature, I love the idea to rethink existing business models and engagement for the good of tomorrow. I wear a few hats and at its core, I use value creation, innovation and different approaches to shift mindsets. I am passionate about people first and human-centred organisations. After a commercial corporate career in a large international business, I decided to help organisations of all types to bring to life their purpose and the value they create for their customers, employees and supply chain, I help design customer experiences and loyalty schemes that resonate and drive retention for businesses and help start-ups to "start something". In my latest ventures, I use the transformative power of play and creative thinking to bring to life organisations’ customer focus by facilitating the Customer experience Game (CX Game) and to advance sustainability and the circular economy through creating and delivering engaging training that uses experiential learning, immersive experiences, fun play-based learning tools and impactful game workshops. Finally, I bring people together in my local communities to amplify local circular initiatives and create new opportunities to reduce waste and rethink products, through leading the Circular Economy Club Reading. I would love to get to know you and your business and see if how I could help you :).
