We're delighted to announce the 10 incredible small businesses selected to receive this year's Three Grants for Small Businesses, proudly delivered in partnership between Enterprise Nation and Three Ireland.
Now in its fifth year, the programme awards each winner a grant package worth €10,000 – combining €5,000 in cash with €5,000 in connectivity and device support – along with expert business mentoring from Three's in-house team.
After a highly competitive application process, the 2025 winning businesses represent a wide mix of sectors, from education and technology to sustainability, food, fashion and more.
Their ideas are innovative, their missions are meaningful and their potential is undeniable.
AllSkills Education – Carlow
Making learning accessible for all with flexible and inclusive education solutions.
Allta Ecology – Galway
Helping organisations understand and protect biodiversity through environmental consultancy.
Creating great-tasting coffee with a low-waste, fully compostable capsule system.
Producing engaging audio content designed to entertain and educate children.
Polliknow – Dublin
Bringing clarity to public opinion data through digestible insights and tools.
SmartSpace Technologies – Wicklow
Providing smart, non-intrusive technology that helps older adults live safely and independently at home.
The Shona Project – Waterford
Empowering young women across Ireland with support, resources and real talk.
TrustDish – Cork
Helping people make informed food choices with transparency on ingredients and allergens.
Well Fed Meals – Waterford
Providing healthy, chef-prepared meals delivered directly to customers' doors.
XiV Clothing – Donegal
A streetwear brand blending culture, creativity and community at its core.
Each of these businesses stood out for their ambition, creativity and impact – and we're excited to see how they use this opportunity to grow and thrive.
This programme reflects our shared commitment with Three to supporting Ireland's vibrant small business community.
Since 2021, over €750,000 in funding, devices and business supports has been awarded to help early-stage ventures realise their full potential.
