Xero Certified Champion and Cloud Accounting advocate, using the power of technology to free business owners from mundane accounting and making better decisions based on better data. Helping businesses become more succesful and more rewarding to run and freeing the business owners from the tyranny of the day-day grind. I am also a Partner specialising in client services and business growth services for owner managed SME businesses. I advise a full portfolio of clients ranging from personal tax, through small businesses and family owned Limited Companies, as well as larger company clients. My main area of responsibility focuses on non-regulated services for clients, in particular on providing business advice, profit growth support and systems and process assistance, especially around the use of technology to enhance accounting and business performance. I also runs the business coaching and development arm of the Practice, covering all the firm’s offices, working one-to-one with clients and making presentations at events across the UK. I also run a business mentoring group based in Warwickshire. I have experience of working with many different industries including (but not exclusively) Engineering, Software and Technology, Overseas Businesses, Hospitality, Fashion, Land Property and Construction, Education and the Care Sector. Other specialisms include IT and marketing for the firm and I am a Mastery Graduate with AVN and Durham University Business School. I have been a Board Member of Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership (CWLEP) since 2013 and am also a Board Member of Coventry & Warwickshire Reinvestment Trust (CWRT), as well as an active member of the local Federation of Small Business and CW Chamber of Commerce. I am married with two grown-up children, a keen cook, have a passion for beagles (especially rescue dogs) and am a fanatical supporter of Leicester Tigers Rugby. I also have a house in Provence which I would like to visit more often. I am a direct descendant of one of the last women to be publicly hanged in Coventry
