Team Growth Coaching

Team coaching engages all or selected team members in activity that will transform the way that they work as individuals, as a group and for the business as a whole. There are a number of half day or full day modules in this coaching ranging from such subjects as team working, understanding team dynamics using HIGH5 and 16Personalities assessments, developing a growth plan for the business including its mission and values, team performance, systems thinking and many more as detailed below. Business owners and team leaders are engaged in setting the growth objectives of these sessions and their pricing is inclusive of a half day planning and preparation session together with a follow up day of analysis and reporting back to the team after the team session has been conducted. This coaching may include an onsite meeting with the business owner / team leaders in order to set the priorities for the coaching inputs and to better understand how the delivery of team growth should be tailored and developed in each case. The graphic below demonstrates how your team coaching packages can be built and what you can expect from them.
