Self-service HR and Talent support subscription

I am a people and talent adviser for businesses making their first hires. Most founders I meet are wearing all the hats - product builder, accountant, salesperson, marketer, lawyer. Then the company starts to grow and someone hands them another one: hiring. I help founders and scaling businesses get the people side right from the start, from the very first hire to a team of 50 and beyond. That covers who to hire first, what to pay them, where to find them and how to keep them. It also means getting the basics in place early - and we have a light touch subscription model specifically for this. I've spent over 20 years in talent and people leadership. I started as a recruitment consultant and went on to lead talent teams across Europe and North America. In 2026 I set up Amity to give smaller businesses the kind of support that's usually reserved for companies with a full HR team. You can work with me through one-off advisory sessions, ongoing support or fractional people leadership. There's also the Amity portal, our self-service option for founders who want expert help on tap without the cost of a full-time hire. My job is to make the People & Talent hat the one you stop worrying about.
