Salesforce Advisory

I’m Scott Smith, co-founder and Director of Systep Consulting, a Salesforce consultancy working with SMEs and nonprofits across the UK and US. I’ve spent more than 30 years in technology and consulting, working with organisations ranging from growing businesses to global companies and government. Before Systep, I ran my own IT consultancy for nearly 15 years, giving me a good understanding of both the technology and the realities of running a smaller business. Today my focus is Salesforce. At Systep, we help SMEs and nonprofits implement, improve and manage Salesforce without needing to build their own in-house Salesforce team. Many of the organisations we work with are large enough to need Salesforce, but too small to justify employing a dedicated Salesforce person. That’s the gap we aim to fill — providing practical Salesforce expertise when it’s needed, whether that means implementing something new, improving an existing system or simply taking care of Salesforce day to day. I’m particularly interested in helping smaller organisations get more from Salesforce without making things unnecessarily complicated.
