Prototyping and Engineering

Barbara Bouffard Digital Transformation & Automation Expert | Co-Founder at Logic Lab I believe that small businesses shouldn't pay \"big software\" prices to achieve efficiency. As the Co-Founder of Logic Lab, I specialise in connecting systems, building smarter websites, and automating workflows so teams can focus on real work. My expertise is rooted in two decades of hands-on business leadership. As Co-Managing Director of Innovate Design, a leading product design and IP firm I founded 20 years ago, I successfully navigated the evolution from physical engineering to the full digital spectrum of apps and AI. With an MBA from the University of Bath and deep expertise in digital marketing (PPC), I can offer a unique blend of strategic commercial insight and technical practicality. I help Enterprise Nation members stop manually copying and pasting data and start running their businesses on bespoke, automated systems.
