I've spent my career running operations at General Manager level, most recently leading a business through acquisition, and before that taking a company's turnover from eight million to over fifteen million pounds in three years, with full profit and loss responsibility throughout.What sets me apart isn't one industry or one type of business, it's the ability to walk into operational complexity, whether that's supply chain, service delivery, or a business trying to scale, and bring clarity, accountability and momentum.
