That grit took me to China in the 1980s, where I spent three decades working with major corporations and learning how to navigate cultures, relationships, and change. I know what it takes to build something from scratch and keep going when most people would stop. Now I help founders find that same clarity and courage — to build the business only they can create. Outside of work, you’ll find me with a camera in hand or dancing Argentine tango, because curiosity and movement keep me alive to the world. I took everything I’d learned and trained as a certified coach with The Coaching Academy, choosing a profession that helps people break through doubt, fear, and the old story of “not being good enough.” Good enough in whose opinion?
