I'm Sanjiv, Co-Founder of Cobalt Consulting - a consultancy helping businesses with their LinkedIn and Amazon strategies. During my career I spent over 7 years working at LinkedIn, managing large scale enterprise organisations. What I realised is that very few companies actually use LinkedIn to it's full potential, hence leaving to start my own consultancy. When I work with businesses I help them to fully optimise their presence on LinkedIn, whether they are completely new to the platform or they already have access to subscription products such as Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Premium. I help businesses to increase their brand awareness, generate more sales opportunities and hire new staff for their company. I have in depth knowledge on how LinkedIn.com works and have in depth experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent acquisition. In my roles at LinkedIn I would help businesses evaluate LinkedIn's platforms, demonstrate how LinkedIn would help clients to achieve their ambitions and lead formal onboarding processes for their solutions. I would then be involved in the optimisation and ongoing support of their chosen solution.
