Leaders Journey: 1:1 Long‑Term Leadership Development (SME Owners & MDs)

Overview

This service is for business owners, managing directors and senior leaders who do not want another leadership course – they want leadership that actually shows up in day‑to‑day business. Instead of a short workshop with a three‑day high and a three‑week hangover, we work together over several months on real situations in your company, until effective leadership becomes part of how you think, decide and act.

You work 1:1 with me over 6–18 months. We use my Leader Hexagon as a clear roadmap and always connect it to your real business situations.

What you get

• 1:1 deep‑dive sessions every 2–3 months (online by default)
• Structured leadership journey based on the Leader Hexagon
• Ongoing access between sessions for questions and supervision of critical leadership moments
• Work on real cases: decisions, difficult conversations, team dynamics, stakeholders
• Documented development over time (behaviour, decisions, team impact)

This is not a seminar or weekend course. It is a live development of you as a leader, in the flow of your daily work.

Delivery & pricing

• Format: 1:1 online (video calls), English or German
• Duration: minimum 6 months, typically 12–18 months
• Investment: 690 £ per month (B2B)
• For non‑UK business clients, reverse‑charge VAT can be applied where applicable
