Founder of BitesizedGenius, a social enterprise helping organisations adopt AI and build digital confidence, Shimron brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to this work.  Having lived in the care system from ages 11 to 21, and overcoming challenges such as the criminal justice system, Shimron understands first-hand the challenges mission-driven teams face and has turned these experiences into a success story of advocacy and action.  Shimron has supported care-experienced communities for over seven years through the Drive Forward Foundation and serves as a steering committee member and communications lead for Lawyers Who Care CIC, an initiative helping young people from care backgrounds enter legal careers. Shimron's technical background spans both code and no-code tools, combined with delivery expertise across complex digital and data-driven government programmes. Their contributions include major initiatives such as the Post Office New Branch IT and Supply Chains projects, delivering technology with tangible social impact. BitesizedGenius helps organisations adopt AI through training and consultation services. With the UK’s AI Opportunities Action Plan and a £63 billion digital skills gap, the need for organisations to adapt is urgent. BitesizedGenius exists to help organisations embrace this change responsibly, practically, and with people firmly at the centre.
