My work focuses on the documents that decision-makers actually read: pitch decks, business plans, investor memoranda, value proposition statements and funding narratives. I have reviewed around 400 investment and business planning documents and mentored 40+ first-time founders through accelerator and public-sector business support programmes, including Alacrity Foundation UK and InterTradeIreland.
