As UK & Ireland Country Manager at WEConnect International, she connects women-owned businesses with corporate buyers, creating clear pathways into global supply chains and sustainable growth. With over 15 years in business development and sales, Jaxx has built partnerships across publishing, professional services, translation, learning and development, sustainability and start-ups. She has worked closely with FTSE-listed companies and understands how corporates assess risk, select suppliers and develop long-term commercial relationships. Having also grown ventures within women-owned businesses and launched businesses of her own, she brings practical insight from both sides of the table. Jaxx is particularly committed to supporting female entrepreneurs to access capital, contracts and credible networks. She works to address structural barriers that limit growth and champions practical solutions that position women founders as investment-ready and procurement-ready partners. Her approach blends commercial rigour with advocacy, encouraging organisations to embed inclusive sourcing as a strategic priority rather than a compliance exercise.
