With 16 years of HR experience, including senior HR leadership across high-growth and multi-site businesses, I bring a strategic perspective shaped by real experience of restructures, exits, organisational change and complex people risk.  A Chartered MCIPD with a postgraduate HR qualification, I have delivered people strategy across EMEA, APAC and the US and have worked with notable businesses in high-stakes situations where the people strategy really matters.  When I'm not working on my business or my client's businesses, you'll find me at a restaurant or jetting off on a plane.
