I'm Joshua, a fractional Operations Director and mentor working with businesses that need experienced leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. I've spent my career running operations at General Manager level, most recently leading a business through acquisition, and before that taking a company's turnover from eight million to over fifteen million pounds in three years, with full profit and loss responsibility throughout.What sets me apart isn't one industry or one type of business, it's the ability to walk into operational complexity, whether that's supply chain, service delivery, or a business trying to scale, and bring clarity, accountability and momentum. I've built teams, delivered major capital projects, led acquisitions, and turned around underperforming operations, and I bring that same hands-on, no-nonsense approach whether I'm running the day-to-day or mentoring a founder through their next stage of growth.I now work with ambitious businesses on a fractional basis, giving them senior operational leadership exactly when and where they need it, without the overhead of a full-time executive.
