Throughout his career, Ugo has worked at the intersection of engineering, technology and commercialisation, translating complex technical challenges, customer needs and emerging technologies into products, strategies and profitable growth opportunities. His experience spans engineering development, product strategy, manufacturing, innovation, business development, strategic negotiations and global customer management. Alongside his corporate career, Ugo is an entrepreneur and founder of three ventures. SaporEat is an Italian gourmet food e-commerce business, created to bring a curated selection of Italian food products to customers in the UK. PricYX is a B2B negotiation-training platform focused on helping professionals develop stronger commercial negotiation skills and improve their effectiveness in high-value business negotiations. Kortyx is an AI-powered organisational-memory platform for senior leaders, designed to help organisations retain and connect the context behind meetings, people, decisions, actions and commitments, enabling leaders to make better-informed decisions and maintain continuity over time. Ugo is particularly passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, AI, technology commercialisation, negotiation and leadership. He enjoys taking ideas from concept to practical application, testing new business models and combining technology, commercial thinking and customer insight to solve real-world problems.
