Commercial Coaching and Mentoring

I'm Suzie Thompson, a commercial strategy and sales enablement consultant. I work with organisations to build the commercial capability, sales infrastructure and cultural alignment that turns growth ambition into consistent, sustainable performance. Through embedded, collaborative work - at strategy level, team level and individual leader level - I help businesses move from commercial dependency to commercial confidence Over the last 25 years I have worked within global organisations, founder led start ups, SMEs and as an independent consultant. I use my lived experience as a senior leader, and direct sales and marketing executive, to support my clients navigate a wide range of commercial challenges.  My work is embedded, honest and rigorous. I work with your people, not above them, to build commercial confidence that lives across the whole organisation, not just inside the sales team.  That means I work at every level - from commercial strategy and team capability through to the practical execution: sales playbooks, enablement frameworks, and turning complex internal language into messaging that lands in the market. The result isn't a framework handed over at the end of an engagement. It's an organisation that understands its commercial levers, performs with consistency, and keeps improving after I leave. Solutions include: Commercial strategy, execution and development CRM integration (from the people side) and enablement Team training & development Commercial and sales audits Route to market design and strategy Pricing and margin discipline  Coaching and mentorship Cross functional alignment Organisational and team re-structures Fractional Sales and Marketing Leadership Sales frameworks Enablement decks Board preparation  Key note speaking - Sales is not a dirty word My vision is clear: A world where commercial acumen isn't the preserve of the sales team - where every part of an organisation understands its role in sustainable growth, and where that shared understanding becomes a genuine competitive advantage.
