Business Model and Business Plan

If you've got a great idea for a business but aren't sure where to start in making it a reality, then going through a structured process to organise your thoughts and consider all aspects is really helpful!

I can help you take your ideas, or review your existing business against tried and trusted frameworks like the Business Model Canvas and bring it to life across one or more 1hr workshops.

What follows is just a suggestion and can be adapted to your needs:

Workshop 1 - Business Modelling (1 hour)

We'll work together to discuss and document the 9 key areas that make up a business model and you leave armed with a plan on a page that you can continue to build on.

Workshop 2 - Business Planning (2 hours)

A fully fledged Business Plan is a much more extensive document, typically 10-20 pages long which goes into the detail on every aspect of your business. It's an invaluable tool to guide your thinking, set direction and show your structured plan to investors and other interested parties.

I'll set you up with an interactive online tool that will help guide you through the process (with my input!) and give you everything you need to create a complete business plan including a financial forecast.

Workshop 3 - Business Plan/Model review and critique (1 hour)

Once you've drafted your model and/or business plan we can get back to together to review it and come up with ideas to strengthen it further.

If you'd like to find out more, get in touch to book a free 15-30 minute intro call and we can create a package that works for you.
