Hi, I’m Julie Clabby, a business growth consultant and mentor, passionate about helping small business owners, particularly women, gain clarity, confidence and sustainable growth. With over 20 years’ experience in business development and entrepreneurship, I understand the challenges of building and scaling a successful venture. I founded The Busylizzy Club, growing it from a single branch into a nationally recognised franchise with over 50 locations, supporting more than 55,000 families across the UK.
Through my consultancy, Julie Clabby Consulting, I work with clients to navigate the complexities of launching, scaling and if appropriate, franchising their businesses. I provide tailored mentoring and strategic planning, helping entrepreneurs focus on the right priorities, make confident decisions and create a business that works for them.
WHY? I mentor and consult as my way of giving back. Having spent years running and supporting a franchise network of business owners, (many stepping into entrepreneurship for the very first time), I know how daunting it can feel. The uncertainty, the pressure of every decision resting on your shoulders, the isolation of trying to figure it all out alone.
Supporting these business owners through every stage of their journey – from the first launch, through growth, and even to exiting their business, is deeply rewarding. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone gain confidence, embrace their potential, and flourish in a business. Their success feels personal, because I have walked the path with them.
