As a certified life and career coach, I empower Professional Women to achieve work-life balance, reignite their careers, and rediscover their purpose without sacrificing their well-being or family life.
I believe I have a personal understanding of what women in these situations deal with – having taken a sabbatical to be a full-time mum after over a decade in the media planning industry. On my return from the sabbatical, I spent another 8 years in a global talent research and executive search firm for the media and marketing industry. And this is where I experienced coaching for the first time and discovered my passion for it – I instinctively mentored and coached team members and executive candidates across global markets to realise their strengths and overcome challenges to bring out the best in them. In the process, I helped them find jobs that aligned with their values, strengths & career goals. So, during the pandemic, I decided to work on myself further and put this passion to use. I trained and qualified to start working as a life and career coach. And I have not looked back.
As a coach and mum myself, I know how challenging it can be to want to have it all – the family, dream career or business, financial independence and time for yourself and people who matter. So, I have made it my mission to use my experience and training to work with women who are:

I do this through 1:1 coaching sessions that are conducted over Zoom. Our first meeting will be a (free) discovery call for us to get to know each other and for me to get an understanding of what you are looking for.
