• Reconnect with your personal values, lifestyle, and legacy goals.
• Translate your ambitions into a set of RAISE goals (Relevant, Ambitious, Individual, Specific, and Evidence-based).
• Capture everything in a clear, one-page plan that you’ll use to guide your actions throughout the year.
