Advice regarding trading structure

I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience working in general accountancy practice. After a successful career with two small practices, I have decided to start up my own practice to be able to provide a value added service I feel is often missed in a traditional accountancy practice. From the start of my training I have always enjoyed making the books balance and following on from training I have enjoyed interpreting those books for my clients. I enjoy working with small and medium sized businesses as it allows me to be involved with the whole finance function in a business and able to assist the owners in their financial decision making. I am fluent in the preparation and submission of accounts and tax returns and I have also helped several companies to set up and maintain their bookkeeping systems. In addition to these tasks expected of a general accountancy practice I enjoy going above and beyond and acting as a finance business partner for your business including the preparation and interpretation of management accounts and cashflow statements. Outside of work I am a mum to one child and one dog, I love the outdoors and my hobbies include reading and sewing.
