We don't use AI the same way: Live vibe coding

I make AI literacy something an organisation can install rather than book. Most organisations have already bought the licences. Adoption is the part that stalls: only 3.3% of Microsoft Copilot's 15 million seats are in active use. Buying the tool was never the hard bit.The AI Literacy Lab is my answer to that as a product rather than a service. SCORM modules that load into any LMS, built to WCAG 2.2 AA, written against the EU AI Act Article 4 literacy obligation that now applies to every organisation putting AI on the EU market. An organisation licences a unit, loads it, & its people are trained. Nobody has to get me in a room. From 1 September 2026 I am AI Product Owner at Inference Group. That is where my working week goes. Before this I spent five years running Bykov-Brett Enterprises, doing the adoption work by hand for Mastercard, Pfizer, Meta, PA Consulting, CIPD, AkzoNobel, King's Trust, Disability Rights UK & Bocconi University. Across financial services, pharma, professional services, technology, higher education & the charity sector. What those programmes returned: → 86% daily AI usage after training→ 9.7/10 NPS across engagements→ +155% confidence lift in AI tool selection→ 2 to 4 hours saved per person per weekThe method was always the same, & it is what the modules are built out of: start with how people work, not with the tool. Interview stakeholders, write the curriculum to their real workflows, teach hands-on, then measure adoption afterwards rather than measuring attendance on the day.I still teach & speak for The Access Group, Enterprise Nation, Small Business Britain & the Corporate Governance Institute.I also co-founded BeyondXR with Martin Pound (Amazon, Vinted), building cross-device immersive environments for training, digital twinning & collaboration.Named one of Engatica's World's Top 200 Business & Technology Innovators. Advanced CIPD qualification. Enterprise Nation Adviser Award winner, People Category, 2024.
