Voice, video and virtual assistants: Easy wins for busy business owners

I make AI literacy something an organisation can install rather than book.Most organisations have already bought the licences. Adoption is the part that stalls: only 3.3% of Microsoft Copilot's 15 million seats are in active use. Buying the tool was never the hard bit.The AI Literacy Lab is my answer to that as a product rather than a service. That is where my working week goes.Before this I spent five years running Bykov-Brett Enterprises, doing the adoption work by hand for Mastercard, Pfizer, Meta, PA Consulting, CIPD, AkzoNobel, King's Trust, Disability Rights UK & Bocconi University.
