The Transform Programme aims to address current and future skills gaps by increasing the take-up and knowledge of apprenticeships, traineeships and skills training among small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) across the county.
Our knowledgeable and friendly team of Transform advisers offer impartial, one-to-one advice and support to SMEs across East Sussex. These advisers also make businesses aware of the government-funded provision that is available for them to access, as well as informing them about how to source and access these programmes and how this provision can help them to meet their business objectives, including development and growth potential.

Eligible businesses include SMEs based in East Sussex who have not received €200,000 state aid in three years. Applications for a levy transfer must be for apprentices who start within three months of an approved application. Applications outside this cannot be reserved.
