About Rebecca

Rebecca is an accredited coach and founder of Space and Clarity Coaching, supporting individuals to unlock their strengths and thrive in business and life.

With a professional background spanning healthcare, life sciences and economic development across both the public and private sectors, Rebecca brings a breadth of strategic and people-focused experience to her work. She trained as a coach in 2018 and holds ACC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.

In 2024, Rebecca qualified as a specialist ADHD coach and now predominantly works with neurodivergent adults – many of whom are business owners and entrepreneurs.

Passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals harness their talents, she combines lived understanding with professional expertise to create practical, empowering support.

Alongside her private coaching practice, Rebecca is a business adviser for Cumbria Growth Hub, delivers programmes for Enterprising Cumbria, teaches for a CIC supporting women in business and provides training and consultancy to organisations looking to build more neuroinclusive workplaces.
