I'm Carol, my career has seen me gain experience from a wide range of backgrounds including pharmaceuticals, chemicals and the charity sector. I've had a huge selection of roles too - from analytical chemist to charity CEO I've got a degree in Chemistry, a diploma in Business Management and a Masters in Marketing. I've also trained as a relationship counsellor. I'm a great listener and help you analyse what needs to happen next. I love listening to what you want to achieve going forward and helping you to find the path forward. The lightbulb moments are just the best! Finding the right question to help you come to an understanding of what your next steps should be is magic. I've been on the company side of the Help to Grow scheme during Covid. We found it extremely useful, but we didn't have the access to mentors you have now. Working with a mentor would have helped us realise that the three directors were not on the same page with what growth meant. That's why I know how important it is to get to the bottom of what growth means for you. If this sounds interesting then feel free to get in touch for a no-obligation 30 minute chat.
