About the speaker

Bethan spent 30 years working out why capable businesses stall. She has worked inside organisations like Pfizer and the NHS, run her own healthcare innovation consultancies, and contracted with Deloitte and academic institutions.

She also sits as a non-executive director, currently with WM5G and the Willow Tree Foundation CIC.

For the last 20 years, her work has been inside owner-led businesses. Bethan has mentored more than 350 of them internationally, from healthcare to construction, on publicly funded growth programmes and her own.
