Recruit local talent

LIFT supports employers to diversify their workforce and inject new skills into their business, and can connect you to local talent across three London boroughs.

We offer individualised support with our end-to-end recruitment service, from designing an accessible job description, advertising across our extensive networks, and advising on inclusive recruitment methods, to in-work support for new recruits to help them settle into your team.

LIFT has unique access to residents, with dedicated community outreach as well as active partnerships with employment and community partners, training providers, and schools, colleges and universities.
