About the speaker

Charlotte has over 12 years of experience in operations in fast-growing businesses and six additional years running Bright Spark Collective, an agency supplying the UK's best PAs and EAs to founders on a flexible basis.

Three years ago, she moved into AI consulting and has worked with companies from one to 200 headcount, auditing and building AI workflows, helping them to three times their revenue and demystifying AI for their teams.

Charlotte is a keynote speaker and has taught AI to over 1000 people in the UK this year alone.
