The prize draw is operated in connection with the Made in Britain – TikTok Shop x Enterprise Nation campaign. Entry is subject to eligibility criteria, the full prize draw terms and conditions, and TikTok Shop’s final verification and approval of any winner. Ad credit prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, have no cash value, and remain subject to TikTok’s advertising platform terms and policies. Enterprise Nation and TikTok Shop reserve the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of the applicable terms.

Full prize draw terms and conditions

1. Promoter and campaign context

The prize draw forms part of the Made in Britain – TikTok Shop x Enterprise Nation campaign. Enterprise Nation is responsible for hosting and administering the entry mechanism and related landing page. TikTok Shop is responsible for eligibility verification, winner approval and the disbursement of any TikTok ad credit prize.

2. Acceptance of terms

By entering the prize draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by all applicable TikTok advertising platform terms, policies and guidelines relating to the use of any ad credit prize.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open only to eligible small business owners and entrepreneurs in the United Kingdom who satisfy the eligibility requirements stated on the entry form or campaign materials. Entrants must provide complete and accurate information when entering. TikTok Shop and Enterprise Nation may reject or disqualify any entrant who is ineligible or who provides false, misleading or incomplete information.

4. Entry route

Entries must be submitted through the approved prize draw entry form circulated in connection with sign-up to one of the campaign’s Lunch & Learn webinars, or through any other route expressly approved in writing by TikTok Shop or Enterprise Nation for this prize draw. No responsibility is accepted for entries not successfully completed, submitted, received or recorded due to technical failure, corruption, interruption or any cause outside reasonable control.

5. Prize

The prize consists of TikTok ad credits made available by TikTok Shop. Ad credit prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and have no cash alternative or cash value. Use of any ad credits is subject at all times to TikTok’s advertising platform terms, eligibility requirements, account requirements and applicable policies. TikTok Shop may refuse, withhold, cancel or claw back ad credits where required by those terms or policies, or where the winner is found to be ineligible.

6. Winner selection and approval

Potential winner selection may be supported by Enterprise Nation, but all winners are subject to TikTok Shop’s final verification and approval. TikTok Shop may require evidence of identity, business status, eligibility, compliance, or any other information reasonably required to verify an entrant or winner. If a selected entrant does not respond within the stated timeframe, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or is otherwise non-compliant, TikTok Shop may withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7. Announcement

Winner announcements may be made live at the campaign’s in-person finale event and may also be published in related campaign communications, subject to applicable law.

8. Publicity and name use

By entering, entrants acknowledge that, if they win, Enterprise Nation and TikTok Shop may announce or publish their name, business name, sector and/or a summary of their business for the purpose of administering and promoting the outcome of the prize draw, unless prohibited by law. Any wider publicity use may be subject to additional consent where required.

9. Data protection

Personal data submitted in connection with the prize draw will be collected and processed for the purposes of administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility, contacting entrants, selecting and confirming winners, and delivering the prize. Enterprise Nation and TikTok Shop act as independent controllers in relation to personal data they each process. Personal data may be shared between them where necessary for those purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Entrant data should be retained only for as long as necessary for the prize draw and then deleted, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for audit, legal or compliance purposes, or to retain the personal data of confirmed winners for prize fulfilment.

10. Audit, verification and compliance

TikTok Shop reserves the right to audit, verify and request supporting information relating to any entry, entrant or winner, including information relevant to eligibility, business status, compliance and prize use. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification or withdrawal of the prize.

11. Disqualification

Enterprise Nation and TikTok Shop reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who: breaches these terms; breaches any applicable TikTok terms or policies; submits false, misleading, unlawful or fraudulent information; tampers with the entry process; acts in a manner that is unfair, abusive, deceptive or reputationally harmful; or otherwise undermines the proper administration of the prize draw.

12. Changes, suspension and cancellation

To the extent permitted by law, Enterprise Nation and/or TikTok Shop may amend these terms, suspend, withdraw or cancel the prize draw, or substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, where reasonably necessary due to legal, regulatory, technical, operational or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, or to protect the integrity of the prize draw.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, neither Enterprise Nation nor TikTok Shop shall be liable for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising out of or in connection with the prize draw or any prize, except where caused by that party’s negligence, fraud or other liability that cannot legally be limited. TikTok Shop is not responsible for any inability of a winner to redeem or use ad credits where account, platform, policy or eligibility requirements are not met.

14. Relationship between the parties

Nothing in these terms creates any partnership, agency or joint venture between Enterprise Nation and TikTok Shop beyond the campaign arrangements agreed between them.

15. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
