&lt;p&gt;I'm passionate about giving the ideas and organisations that are making our world a better place the platform they&amp;nbsp;deserve. I've set up&amp;nbsp;a number of businesses over the last 27 years&amp;nbsp;including my&amp;nbsp;current company&amp;nbsp;Neo – a branding agency for purpose driven organisations. I take an explorative approach to his consulting, identfying and applying&amp;nbsp;the most effective tools and activities for each challenge. I've&amp;nbsp;been a registered&amp;nbsp;coach and consultant for a range of business growth platforms and I'm&amp;nbsp;currently on the panel for the University of Wolverhampton SPEED framework.&amp;nbsp;I'm&amp;nbsp;also a trustee of a charity that supports communities in Uganda through a range of interconnected programmes — including sustainable agriculture, education and social enterprise.&lt;/p&gt;

Deasha has helped businesses scale to 6 and 7 figures since launching Social Treats in 2016. Using organic social media strategies, she has perfected a system that she now teaches through her coaching programs.

Deasha has experience using messenger bots and lead ads to drive leads for high ticket items in industries spanning from wellness to real estate. She has worked with clients to build webinar funnels, membership funnels and even affiliate marketing funnels all utilising organic strategies.

Deasha enjoys working remotely from any location in the world and believes everyone should have the same freedom and flexibility in their life. That is why she is passionate about helping other mission-driven women to consciously create a life they choose.

Following a degree in Law and Japanese, Emma joined international accounting firm Arthur Andersen, where she worked in London, Leeds and Manchester offices and set up the firm's Inward Investment practice that attracted overseas companies to locate in the UK.

In 2000, bitten by the dot.com bug, Emma left the firm to start her first business, Techlocate. After 15 months, the company was successfully sold to Tenon plc.

The experience of starting, growing and selling a business from a home base gave Emma the idea for Enterprise Nation which was launched in 2006 as the home business website.
