Enterprise Nation is looking for a membership manager to join the team and take care of all our lovely members! You'll be tech savvy and friendly and manage a role that involves moderating forums, building on member benefits, facilitating meet-ups and connecting members with advisers, opportunities, and each other. Could this be you?
You will be fully focused on ensuring we're delivering the very best for Enterprise Nation members. The role involves:
responding to member enquiries and ensuring members are able to access benefits easily and quickly
overseeing the member forum
profiling members on the Enterprise Nation blog
featuring members on the 'featured page'
sourcing new offers for members
curating the weekly member newsletter
encouraging even more small businesses to see the benefits of joining Enterprise Nation!
The role will be circa 2 days per week for the first couple of months with an option for this to increase. You can work flexibly and with the Enterprise Nation team at Somerset House in central London.
