With remote and hybrid working more prevalent than ever, what considerations should founders make when growing and managing a team for their business? And what opportunities does this new way of working bring to business owners?
During this online event, our panel explored how to get the most from a team when working remotely and how to ensure teams can work collaboratively and innovatively when not face to face.
Our panellists also discussed the benefits and challenges of remote and flexible working for both employees and employers, plus key considerations for ensuring company culture still remains at the heart of a team.
