Small business membership is perfect for people looking for connections, support to solve business problems and offers for their business. You will be able to access a huge searchable library of resources, member exclusive opportunities to connect with buyers, journalists, funders and advisers and tools to help you grow your business successfully.
Adviser membership is focussed on helping people who provide support services for small businesses to raise their profile. Many of our adviser members are also small businesses themselves but are looking to use their membership to share their expertise and connect with potential clients as well as gaining business support themselves.
Once you have created your Enterprise Nation account you can link it to another any of the following accounts you may already have: Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn or Office 365. This means that you can log in with these details rather than needing to remember another password.

If you're logged into your account, your member discount will be automatically applied to all events.
Campaigns are projects we run around a specific topic which is key to small and micro businesses to ensure they are given a strong campaigning voice. Campaigns usually comprise of a mixture of events, content and opportunities.
Each campaign page details the latest content or events related to that campaign and where appropriate accredited advisers who can help you in this area.

Public users can view a limited amount of profiles. To connect, interact with, engage on services with or view content by a member you must become an Enterprise Nation member.
Members can access a variety of different types of content on a wide range of business topics.

You can choose to view only a particular type of content by using the content refiners on the left hand side of the content page. This is useful if, for example, you are looking for some more in depth content you might choose to only view webinars or eBooks.
Enterprise Nation has partnered with a number of big brands to bring you discounts on business essentials. To view or claim these offers use the view offers button on your dashboard.
The service engagements area of the dashboard allows you to see a summary and make changes to your current service engagements. For more details about managing service engagements head to the services section of the guide.
Your diary will be automatically populated with Enterprise Nation events you’re attending assuming you book with the same email address you use for your account. You will also see any meetings or service engagements appear here.
Adviser members can propose content for inclusion in the blog and content areas of the site. This can help build their exposure and reassure small businesses of the adviser’s credibility. To propose content click the 'add content' button, choose 'webinar' or 'blog post' and follow the instructions.
The discovery tool is designed to give you suggestions on where you should be focusing your efforts as a business owner based on how you are currently doing in a number of key areas.
Adviser members can create services which are added to their profile to give other small businesses an idea of what they offer. To create a service:
Adviser members can create F2F Meeting slots which will appear on their profile under services to allow them to offer reviews and advice which happen in person. To create a F2F meeting:
Taster sessions are added to all adviser profiles by default
You can edit or delete any services you have added to your profile.
If you feel like an adviser does not have exactly what you’re after, you can request a custom service.
You can request a taster session with any adviser on the system.
You will find details about the services an adviser offers on their profile page. If you’re interested in a service click the enquire button and tell the adviser a bit about what you’re looking for. If they’re able to help they will accept the enquiry and you can talk more about how you will take the service forward.
You can view an overview of your service engagements in your dashboard so it’s always easy to see any changes at glance when you log in however to make the most the features we have to help you manage your services:
You can send private messages with any other member in the system you are connected with.
You can manage your messages though the system in the same way you would any other email. View sent and received messages, reply and delete all though the messages area.
To send a message to another member, whether adviser or small business, you must be connected.
If you no longer wish to be connected with another member you can disconnect at any time. This means this member will no longer be able to message you.
You can favourite people, content or events so you can keep track of what you’ve been viewing and easily access profiles or content you want to come back to.
Once you have found content or an event you want to be able to easily access in future click the star button at the top of the content page.
When you find a profile, you would like to come back to you can click the star button underneath the member’s name. People are not notified when you favourite them, so this is a good way of producing a shortlist of advisers.
People and content you favourite are available via panels on your dashboard.
Your personal information helps us to know a bit more about you so we can bet tailor your membership. The only information which will appear on your profile is your name.
You profile picture will be used as the main image on your profile.
Your personal bio will appear on your profile page. This is a chance to tell people viewing your profile about your background and experience.

For your business description we encourage you to details a bit about your business, your ideals and the areas your cover.
Your business logo will be used under the company information section on your profile.
To change your profile image:
Your social media profiles will be visible on your profile.

We ask adviser members to upload proof of their professional indemnity insurance to give small businesses increased trust in engaging with advisers.
To add your professional indemnity:
Categories tell people which areas you can give advice on. Which categories you pick will influence the specialism you have available. We highly recommend you only pick categories you are an expert in.

Specialisms give small businesses a more precise idea of your area of expertise, you will only be able to add specialisms related to your chosen category.

You can update your card details at anytime and you will not be charged until your subscription is due for renewal.

You can cancel your membership at any time.
Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current subscription period.
If you cancel your membership or we are unable to take your membership fee we will keep your account inactive in case you want to re-join in the future. If you would like us to permanently delete your account and all associated data you can do this at any time.
Your account and all associated data will be immediately deleted. If you wish to re-join in future you will need to create a new account.
