  • How do I renew my membership?

    Your membership will be renewed automatically using the payment card you used to sign up. We will send you an email a week before to let you know you are about to take payment. You can update your card at anytime in your dashboard.

  • How can I switch my membership type?

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    You can cancel your membership at any time using the cancel membership button within the profile section of your dashboard.

  • What are the consultation calls? How do I activate this benefit?

    We have seen first-hand the difference that tapping into expertise can make to the success of a business, but we also know how the price tag can be a turn-off. To connect you with the right advice, at the right time, and at the right price, adviser members have agreed to giving 30 minute consultation calls (via phone or skype) so you can ask questions on a no obligation basis. It's up to you if you want to take the relationship further.

    To access consultation calls, you need to be a member and logged in to your account. Once you are logged in head to the people search and find an adviser you would like to speak with. You can request a taster session from the adviser’s profile.

  • What are masterclasses? How much do they cost?

    Masterclasses are 30 minute webinars run every Tuesday lunchtime (12:30 - 1pm) where one of our expert adviser members introduces and guides you through an aspect of running a small business.

    We aim to cover as many topics as possible, from marketing plans and social media, to pricing and managing freelancers.

    They are free for small business members and £10 for non-members.

  • What is included in the resource library?

    The resource library contains thousands of pieces of content on a wide variety of business topics. You can search for webinars, eBooks, podcasts, blog posts, presentations and videos. Whether it’s Facebook advertising or managing your cashflow the library is your one stop shop to solve challenges and learn new skills to help your business succeed.

    We love to share our members’ stories. You can fill in the 'meet the member' form available through your dashboard to share your business journey or if you have some exciting news, 'use the #ENmember hashtag on Twitter or Instagram' which we constantly monitor.

  • Can you connect me with peers in my area?

    You can search for other entrepreneurs or advisers in your area via the search people option within your member dashboard.

    Enterprise Nation runs the Exchange Events, a series of industry-specific events where attendees can meet buyers in a variety of sectors.     Adviser members can apply to host a masterclass using the submit content button on their member dashboard. Once we have received your application we will be in touch to arrange the next available date.

    Enterprise Nation adviser members can submit content once a quarter and can access this benefit via the submit content button in their dashboard. If you’re a corporate or agency interested in a larger content deal you can find our rate card here.

  • Where I can find the event schedule?

    You can find the latest events and search for what’s happening in your area here. If you’re a member don’t forget to log in to claim your discount.

  • I have access requirements for an event, who should I speak to?

  • How do I cancel my event ticket?

    For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. You can request a cancellation via Eventbrite, please follow the link included in your confirmation email.

  • How do I become a trainer for the Go and Grow Online or She Means Business campaigns?

    Enterprise Nation run a number of campaigns where we seek workshop training or mentoring support from Enterprise Nation adviser members.     A campaign is a project which we undertake in order to help solve an issue we see a lot of small businesses facing. This normally takes the form of events, content and member opportunities which will help a small business solve challenges in this area.
