Working in senior management positions for the past 20 years within niche travel sectors, as well as other commercial role, means that I have extensive knowledge and experience across a multitude of business areas. At the heart of my work is mentoring and coaching clients through challenges and difficult business connundrums, working in a sympathetic manner with empathy, but also holding indiviudal accountable in a friendly manner. Call me your crytical friend! I am commercially astute and very detail driven working within areas focusing on commercial activities across sales, marketing and customer service through business planning and strategy.
I believe with all my mentoring work it all starts with a plan, identifying your 'why' is, the aims and objectives and then we can build from that. Everyone of us is unique, in learning styles, approach to challenges, so I try and navigate that is what i feel is the best way for each individual to maximise the chances of success and to ensure i build a great working realtionship with those I work with.

&lt;p&gt;The last company I worked for, Constant Contact, gave me the opportunity to work with 100s of small businesses across the UK. It was the best three years I&amp;rsquo;ve had in a job! The business owners I met were (and still are) incredible. And there&amp;rsquo;s a brilliant community for small businesses. You could say I was bitten by the small business bug.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 2016, I was made redundant. I knew I still wanted to work with small businesses, so when my husband said I should start my own business, I didn&amp;rsquo;t need a huge amount of convincing. After all, I loved sharing marketing tips with small business owners, and this way, I could do it all the time. How could I not love that?&lt;/p&gt;
