I have also seen how some businesses deal with this well and help and support people who have lost a loved one, but sadly I have also seen how it has been managed poorly.

This is often down to a lack of knowledge in knowing what to do and say.

I also help to prepare the rest of the company for helping to cope with a loss of someone in the workplace.
