As someone who’s built, scaled, and sold businesses, and made mistakes along the way, I know how tough it can get. The decisions that keep you up at night. The pressure of holding it all together. The weight of responsibility, especially when others rely on you.

I’m an experienced business owner and consultant with a track record of building businesses, learning through both success and failure. I founded and sold a profitable telecoms company and went on to create a successful real estate business specialising in the restoration of listed buildings. Not everything I’ve done has worked out, but these are valuable lessons I am able to take forward with my successes to help others avoid the same mistakes. Since the Covid pandemic, I’ve worked with small businesses as a consultant, helping founders gain clarity and structure across all areas of their operations. I advise on marketing, sales, operations, brand development and long-term planning. My approach is practical and direct, shaped by real-world experience rather than theory. I understand the realities of running a business and the pressures that come with it. I’ve been hands-on at every level, from start-up mode to managing teams and negotiating exits. I know what it’s like when things go wrong and how to steady the ship when they do. I’m now looking to work with ambitious companies that value straight-talking support and clear thinking.
