I offer a flexible approach to personal coaching and mentoring, based on gaining a thorough understanding of your specific needs and preferences. I have access to a wide range of resources in addition to my own long experience that can be deployed in order to provide tailored guidance whether addressing specific business issues or more general “sounding board” services.

As part of the Business Growth Coaches Network, I can call upon colleagues with complimentary skills and experience to address any areas outside my own expertise in order to offer clients an enhanced service with comprehensive solutions.

Andy Rumsby

I have over 30 years experience in commercial contract negotiations and management at all levels up to Commercial Director level leadership. This includes complex international partnering arrangements and UK Ministry of Defence contracting. During this time I have acquired extensive experience in team building as well as team and individual development and optimisation. I am passionate about helping people to become the best version of themselves that they can be through tailored coaching techniques based on gaining a thorough understanding of individual preferences and aims. I use a wide variety of tools, techniques and principles to bring ideas and concepts to life and give real, practical actions that will yield substantial and sustainable personal and business benefits. I am keen to link up with people who might benefit from my skills and experience either with general mentoring or coaching or with more specific problem solving assistance.
