This growing community of responsible businesses all operate in such a way that they are building a business which is better for workers, the community and the environment. They don’t focus solely to make a profit but prioritise working for social and environmental good.

About your Local Leader: Caroline Harridence

Caroline is an Enterprise Nation Local Leader and also is actively involved in the whole area of sustainability. She became interested in social and environmental impact a number of years ago when she became a mum and wanted to make changes to make the world a better place for her children.

This interest has developed over the years and she now runs her own business, Counting Clouds, where she helps businesses improve their social and environmental impact and also provides finance director services for purpose led businesses. Having been through the B Corp certification for her own business, Caroline then trained as a B Leader and now supports other businesses on their B Corp journey and beyond. She is deeply passionate about helping build more responsible businesses who look beyond just profit and consider the people and planet too.
