Watch back: 10 ways business advisers can help your small business
From creating a business strategy to help with getting finances in order, in this webinar recording, Joanna Drinkwater, Managing Director at Grant McKnight, takes you through the 10 ways a business adviser can help your business not only survive but thrive!
I'm an experienced Chartered Accountant with a demonstrated 13 year history of working in both practice and industry. I absolutely love what I do - helping business owners survive and thrive!
As a Maths graduate from the University of Nottingham, I completed my accountancy graduate scheme with PWC in Birmingham where my training was second to none. I received exposure to a variety of business sectors and gained expertise working with a diverse range of clients from owner-managed businesses to quoted plcs’. Client sectors included FTSE 350 companies, pension schemes, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and public sector.
After 10 years contracting in a range of different roles, my last being Finance Business Partner and Finance Director for Goodyear Dunlop UK, I decided to set up my own accountancy practice, Grant McKnight in 2018 and haven't looked back since.
I love to be involved in my local community, giving back some of my expert knowledge to business owners and contacts alike. I am an active committee member of the Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce and the Birmingham and West Midlands Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW). I was also privileged to be nominated, shortlisted and finally chosen as the ‘Future Face of Finance 2020’ by the Future Faces Chamber of Commerce.
I am always happy to arrange an initial free consultation with prospective clients so feel free to contact me to find out how I could help, support and grow your business.
