Enterprise Nation provides support to help people turn good ideas into great businesses. We connect a community of over 70,000 entrepreneurs with the expertise and contacts they need to thrive through membership, events, multi-media content and expert support.  We're looking for a new marketing manager to help us spread the word.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading the development and implementation of online and offline marketing campaigns to drive awareness of Enterprise Nation to small businesses nationwide, with a primary target of increasing member numbers and joining fee revenue 
  • Analysing campaigns to inform the wider team of marketing channel performance against targets and KPIs 
  • Social media channel management 
  • Improving SEO structuring of existing website and blog content
  • Working with our head of content to support their production of regular e-newsletters and blog posts to our community
  • Improving marketing and advertising processes 
  • Working with our chief operating officer and community membership manager to create innovative new ways to increase the number of businesses who want to join our membership community 

The sort of person we are looking for:

  • Good B2B marketing experience, ideally within the small business/enterprise space
  • Google Analytics proficient
  • SEO/PPC experience desired
  • Pro-active, independent, self-starter excited to take a leading role within a small business 
  • Excellent English skills with a proven track record in writing copy for public communication 
  • Passion for start-ups, small business, independent brands 
  • Technologically confident. Must know their way around Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems 
  • Willingness to travel through the UK and internationally where required
